1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you must inform us at info@caliasi.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Please include your order number.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
We may refuse a refund if an item is not returned in acceptable condition.
3. Returns Procedure
- Email info@caliasi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (including cards and Przelewy24).
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact info@caliasi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Photos of the issue
- Order number
We will repair, replace, or refund the item as required by law.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, worn socks, insoles, or underwear cannot be returned if opened.
